Chicken Ranchero

Ingredients

  • Chicken breasts: 4
  • enchilada sauce (big): 1 can
  • uncooked rice: 2 rice size cups
  • shredded mozzerela cheese : 1 bag
  • sour cream: 8 oz

Directions

Throw the chicken and enchilada sauce into the crockpot.  Cook on low for 6 hours.  Cook rice at the 5 hour mark.  Eat all together.  Yum.
