Ingredients
- Chicken breasts: 4
- enchilada sauce (big): 1 can
- uncooked rice: 2 rice size cups
- shredded mozzerela cheese : 1 bag
- sour cream: 8 oz
Directions
Throw the chicken and enchilada sauce into the crockpot. Cook on low for 6 hours. Cook rice at the 5 hour mark. Eat all together. Yum.
